About Us

Teaching English that actually works

English Clinic began as a single classroom in Faridpur and grew into a two-campus institute by doing one thing consistently: correcting the English our students actually produce.

Our story

Built by teachers, not marketers

We began with a handful of IELTS candidates in a rented room in Faridpur. Every one of them was fluent enough in conversation yet stuck below Band 6.5 — because nobody had ever marked their writing against the official descriptors.

That gap became our method. Small batches, graded output every week, and full mock tests under exam conditions. Today the same method runs at both campuses, from Kids Spoken classes to visa files.

We keep batches between eight and fourteen students, publish our syllabus before the first class, and give every learner a placement conversation before they pay a taka.

Our mission

To make accurate, confident English accessible to every learner in Bangladesh — through honest assessment, disciplined practice and teaching that respects the student's time and money.

Our vision

To be the country's most trusted English language institute, judged not by advertising but by the band scores, interviews and departures our students earn.

Our values

What we hold to

Honest assessment

We tell you the band you are at, not the band you hoped for.

Practice over theory

Students speak and write in every class. Lectures alone do not build skill.

Respect for time

Batches start on schedule and syllabus milestones are published in advance.

Access for all

Flexible batch timings and payment plans so working learners can attend.

Diagnose first

Every learner starts with a placement conversation and a written diagnostic, so you join the batch that actually fits your level.

Small batches

Eight to fourteen students per batch. If you are not speaking in class, you are not learning to speak.

Graded every week

Writing and speaking are marked against official band descriptors with written feedback you can act on.
